Gluten Free Christmas Cookies & Vegan Holiday Desserts
Navigating holiday parties can be a challenge when you have a food allergy or food sensitivity. And even when the main course is covered by a sauce-free meat option, there is still the dessert table. Christmas cookies and holiday baking are a big part of celebrating the holidays. It’s not fun to be the one who is left out of enjoying all the baked goods. There should be something for EVERYONE on the holiday dessert table. Including people who need to avoid gluten and dairy. Which is why I’ve come up with a list of the best gluten free Christmas cookies and included as many vegan (dairy free) options as I could find.
I know the challenges of navigating holiday party food both when you personally have an allergy and when your child is the one with the food issue. I can’t eat gluten and my daughter can’t have dairy. So, we need gluten free Christmas cookies & dairy free options too.

Gluten Free Christmas Cookies (and Vegan & Dairy Free Cookies too!)
For delicious gluten free Christmas cookies that don’t require any oddball ingredients, these are a perfect choice. They are made up of coconutty sweetness and also happen to be beautiful.
The recipe actually calls for edible glitter. Which is an oddball ingredient. But it’s optional. And everything else needed is something you probably already buy for your holiday baking.
These are dairy free Christmas cookies, but not vegan because of the eggs.
I’ve been making this gluten free Christmas cookie recipe for at least a decade. I don’t even need to look at the recipe at this point. And it’s awesome. It has been a hit at every party, whether the guests need gluten free goodies or not.
